A english speaking historian will guide you through the alleys to the most important monuments of the fascinating old town. You will visit the old fort, the house of wonders, the palace museum and the slave market in front of the anglican church. Another stop will be at the main market and along the way you will see some of the most beautiful of zanzibar’s world famous carved doors. Your guide will also show you the best shops in town whether you are looking for books, antiquities, traditional clothing or paintings.

The most classic of zanzibar’s excursions: Drive to the central part of the island and visit the Kizimbani government farm to discover all about the islands most famous products: Spices. Your knowledgeable guide will teach you basics about spices, fruits and traditional herbs also used for healing.

This tour is a combination of the stone town city and the spice tour, with the addition of the visit of a traditional village where you will find out more about the day to day living of the island culminating into a typical local lunch experience.
Jozani forrest
Famed for it’s rare Red Colobus Monkeys (Piliocolobus kirkii), Jozani Forest is the last area of rain forrest left on Unguja. In addition to the unique plants and of course the red colobus, you will discover huge variety of birdlife and butterlies, while walking through the forrest and mangroves.
